IN THE CELLAR
Vinification, fermentation – maturation: The destemmed and crushed grapes undergo maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature of approximately 26-28°C. During this process, frequent delestage is carried out in order to extract the colour and aromas. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks and then the wine is placed in French oak barriques. Maturation in the bottle before release.

IN THE GLASS
Tasting notes: of ruby red colour, with a well-marked bouquet, elegant fragrance of freshly cut grass, ripe raspberry and liquorice; the taste is dry and harmonic, with a pleasant lingering aftertaste of walnut husk and wild berries.
Serving temperature: 14-16° C
Pairing suggestion: ideal for red meat dishes, roasts, poultry and mature cheese.
