IN THE CELLAR
Vinification, fermentation – maturation:White vinification with brief cold maceration on the skins, soft pressing and subsequent alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. Maturation in cement casks on the lees with periodic battonage until bottling.
Alcohol: 13% vol
IN THE GLASS
Tasting notes: of straw yellow colour, with greenish shades, it expresses a fresh, complex and harmonious bouquet with hints of almonds, dry soft and long-lasting in the mouth.
Serving temperature: 10-12° C
Pairing suggestion: perfect as an aperitif served with San Daniele prosciutto, also an ideal match with fish, risottos and omelettes.
