IN THE CELLAR
Vinification, fermentation – maturation: the grapes are softly pressed, followed by alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Maturation and ageing on the lees in steel and concrete tanks, with periodic battonage until bottling in spring.
Alcohol: 13% vol
IN THE GLASS
Tasting notes: Straw-yellow colour with light golden hues. Fruity aroma with clear hints of apple and pear. The palate is dry and fresh, with good structure and persistence.
Serving temperature: 10-12° C
Pairing suggestion: excellent as an aperitif, a fine accompaniment to fish starters, delicately flavoured soups and grilled fish
