IN THE CELLAR
Vinification, fermentation – maturation: Red vinification with maceration on the skins at a temperature of approximately 26-28°C. Prolonged repassing and frequent delestage. Devatting and completion of alcoholic fermentation in 25-hectolitre vats and French oak barriques. Maturation in wood and subsequent bottling and ageing in the bottle.
Alcohol: 13% vol
IN THE GLASS
Tasting notes: on the nose it is pronounced and complex offering notes of wild berries that perfectly mingle with hints of spice: tobacco and vanilla above all. In the mouth is it velvety and charming.
Serving temperature: 16-18° C
Pairing suggestion: a meditation wine to linger over, it is sapid, tannin-rich and has a full body. It goes very well with rich and robust elaborate red meat dishes.
