IN THE CELLAR
Vinification, fermentation – maturation:harvested at first light, the grapes are pressed to separate the must from the skins, followed by natural cold decantation. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Maturation and ageing on the lees in steel barrels, with periodic battonage until bottling in spring.
Alcohol: 13% vol
IN THE GLASS
Tasting notes: to the eyes it has a beautiful straw yellow colour with greenish highlights. Elegant, floral and fruity bouquet.
Serving temperature: 10-12° C
Pairing suggestion: Ideal as aperitif, it is perfect with raw fish or seafood first course dishes, excellent with soups especially creams and pureed soups.
