IN THE CELLAR
Vinification, fermentation – maturation: White vinification with cold maceration at 12°C on the skins, soft pressing and subsequent alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. Maturation in cement casks on the lees with periodic battonage.

IN THE GLASS
Tasting notes: intense straw yellow colour, this wine is full bodied, harmonious, with hints of wild flowers, slightly spicy fruity notes of apricot, with elegant notes of flint and herbs. It is elegant and persistent to the palate.
Serving temperature: 10-12° C
Pairing suggestion: perfect accompaniment to delicate pastas, risottos, fish and vegetable pureed soups.
